The readiness for smart manufacturing relies on acquiring modern knowledge, encompassing emerging technologies, data analytics, automation, and digital transformation. Practical skills are essential, enabling individuals to operate advanced manufacturing equipment, program automation systems, and utilize digital tools for process optimization. To support skill development, specialized educational facilities and programs should be established, providing comprehensive training focused on smart manufacturing technologies and practices.
